Believe it or not, many people have questions just like yours. For your convenience, we put together a list of frequently asked questions. If you still have questions, simply contact us. 


Due to Flu Season & COVID-19, we’ve taken precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Please be advised:

  1. Not to come to your appointment if you have, or recently had any respiratory or flu symptoms, fever over 99°, sore throat, or shortness of breath.

  2. Not to come to your appointment if you have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms.

  3. We do request 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, however, there will be no late cancellation fee should you need to cancel and RESCHEDULE your appointment for reasons 1 & 2 (above) at any time.


Appointments

When you call to book your appointment, we’ll need a valid credit card to reserve your spot. However, you can pay for your treatment with a spa gift card, credit card, debit, or good old-fashioned cash. Walk-ins are welcome; however, we recommend scheduling services at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Spa Arrival & Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment in order to fill out or update any In-Take paperwork. We also ask that you use ‘quiet’ voices within our retail/ lobby area as services are being conducted within the spa environment.

Cancellation Policy

We know that life is full of unexpected surprises, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours for booked/ confirmed appointments. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged $50. Cancellations made the DAY OF and/or “No shows” will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Management reserves the right to alter this policy at any time given circumstances and prior appointment history.

Gratuity

Gratuities are accepted for exceptional service. Typical gratuities for spa services begin at 18% and may be higher based on satisfaction level. In the event a guest does not check out for services, an automatic 21% will be added to the final bill.

Groups

Parties of five or more are eligible for additional discounts on spa services. Please contact the Spa Group Coordinator for more information.

Youth Services (4-17)

Please contact the spa for additional information regarding our youth treatments. All youths must receive a service from a technician of the same gender. Children ages 5-16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of any service.
